"Former Student Continues to Excel!"
Tuesday, June 20, 2017 - Mount Sinai Christian Academy (MSCA) is always happy to share the accomplishments of our former students! Therefore, we take this opportunity to highlight Miss Elisha Burks for a job well done!

Sarita Bonilla Burks, the proud mother of Elisha shared this highlight:

“Yeah! Our baby girl, straight A's again, I'm so proud of her because of all that she's been through since she was 4 years old, her grades never dropped. Praise Him!”

Miss Elisha Diane Burks is a former student of Mount Sinai Christian Academy (MSCA) (6/1/10-7/31/12). Since moving on to Brentwood Christian School, Elisha’s mom reports that she has continued to work hard and excel in her school work in spite of the many difficult life events that have occurred in the past 4+ years. The first being the loss of her father, and most recently her mother battling cancer. Through it all, Elisha has stayed strong even preparing meals for her mom during her illness. Mom says she is a good cook!

The “Work Hard” ethic seems to run in the family as Mrs. Sarita Bonilla Burks received her Master’s in Christian Education in May from Mt. Olive Bible Institute. Congratulations Mrs. Burks!

MSCA’s Mission is to provide quality early childhood education and care based on Christian principles and values to children of diverse abilities and backgrounds in a safe, nurturing, Christian environment, and we are indeed happy to receive news that our former students continue to make great strides in their education.

Great job Elisha! We are extremely proud of the excellent job you continue to do and wish you more continued success year after year!
