Tuition and Payment Procedures
TUITION
Each child's tuition is an ongoing fee, which may be separated into weekly, biweekly, or monthly payments. There is a $30 Late Fee for tuition received after the 3rd and/or 15th of each month.
**NOTE: Tuition is required if your child attends the Academy or
does not attend, as long as the child is enrolled in the program.
TUITION FEES/DISCOUNTS
$75 Annual Enrollment Fee (Non-Refundable)
$545 Non-Potty Trained
$490 Potty Trained
10% Discount for two or more children
$30 Late Fee for tuition received after the 3rd and/or 15th of
each month.
RETURNED CHECK FEE
There will be a $30 service charge for all returned checks. When
the Academy receives two returned checks from a client, we will
no longer accept checks as a method of payment from that client.
Returned checks must be paid out before another check is accepted.
LATE PICK-UP
Care after 6:00 pm will be charged a fee of $1.00 per minute at
time of pick-up.
DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS
If accounts are over 30 days delinquent, the Director has the right to discontinue services.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY
If a parent decides to withdraw their child from the program, notification must be submitted to the office at least 30 days in advance of the anticipated withdrawal date.
