Enrollment Procedures

***At the tiime of enrollment, parents are required to sign a tuition agreement, and pay an annual Enrollment Fee of $75. THE ANNUAL ENROLLMENT FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

*Parents may secure Enrollment Applications from the Academy during regular office hours. Regular office hours are 7:00 am to 6:00 pm

*Parents are required to submit a medical examination report and a current immunization report for their child no later than the first day of enrollment.

*Parents are encouraged to visit the Academy before their child is enrolled and should bring their child with them. This will give the child an opportunity to meet the teachers and other children before the first full day of attendance. All students are encouraged to have a 1 to 2 hour stay, for orientation purposes, one day prior to their first full day.

*Parents are required to have a pre-enrollment conference with the Director prior to the child's first day of enrollment. During this conference, parents will share information about their child, voice their expectations of the program, and ask questions.

*It is the responsibility of the parent to report to the Academy office any change of address, telephone numbers (home or work), employment, emergency contact person, and medical information.
