SAFE ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE
All parents must sign children in upon arrival and out upon departure.
IF AN INDIVIDUAL OTHER THAN THE PARENT/GUARDIAN IS PICKING UP THE CHILD, THE PARENT MUST NOTIFY THE OFFICE AND THE CHILD'S TEACHER. THE INDIVIDUAL MUST SHOW IDENTIFICATION, SUCH AS DRIVER'S LICENSE, PRIOR TO DEPARTING WITH THE CHILD IF THE STAFF ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE INDIVIDUAL.
SICK POLICY
*MSCA enforses state laws requiring records of mandated immunizations or proper exemptions. Students will not be allowed to attend MSCA until all immunizations are current and/or up-to-date.
*Children are to be kept home from child care if they do not feel well or if they are experiencing any of the following:
-Fever -Vomiting -Diarrhea
-Any communicable illness (Chickenpox/Pink Eye, etc.)
*In order for the staff to administer medication it must be prescribed by a doctor. It must be in the original container with proper administering instructions.
*MSCA staff will not administer non-prescription drugs.
(i.e. Tylenol, Robitussin, Benadryl, etc.)
*Please notify the Director and your child's teacher if your child is allergic to any foods, plants, animals, medications, or other substances.
